Popped in for lunch for a pleasant change from pizza and pasta and had a good experience. The service was quick and the lady spoke good English as my Italian is very limited. The food is nice and seems fresh. I paid €10.50 for a regular bowl which was enough for me, I didn’t get a drink as they were quite expensive. Only downside was they had tables but no charge to be able to eat in.
The food was terrific. I didn’t think that a Venetian place would have such a great Poke bowl but I was wrong. It was incredible. Fresh and tasty options were offered for a mere €10 for a regular size and €12 for a large size. The extras were plentiful and a great poke bowl. Definitely impressed!!! No real dine in options unless you want to stand at a table. Took to nearby Manin piazza to eat while sitting at steps.
I traveled to Hawaii multiple times and ate a lot of poke there, so I know what real Hawaiian poke taste like. This restaurant does not offer authentic Hawaiian poke. The biggest problem is their rice. Instead of Japanese sushi rice, they use Basmatic rice (Indian rice) instead, it has a very different taste and harder to chew. They also lack some of the basic poke ingredients and sauce, like tofu and spicy mayo sauce. There are only two tables inside and one of them faces directly to the toilet. It is very annoying when people are in and out of the toilet in front of your face while you are eating.
Service was good and employees speak good English. Food doesn't seem very authentic. If you're trying to get a break from the constant standing and no-sitting-down-zones, you won't find it here. Standing tables. Food was overpriced but tasted good. Drinks are the price of a sixpack of water bottles. Vegan options.
Excellent poke, a nice break from carbs! Great service and fresh food + smoothies. Support this business!
was SO YUMMY 😭‼️ the ingredients were ALL delicious, and the salad was great! will definitely be returning :) (i got a salad bowl, with chicken, wakame, red cabbage and tomatoes w teriyaki sauce on the side) they give you lots of each topping! <3
Everything was delicious, but the avocado and the tuna where not fresh.
Fish was ok, not fresh. The lady had to drain the water from the salmon before adding it. Bigger bowls=more side, not more fish. Smoothies are so watery, the guy that made it said it’s water based so that explains that. not worth it no matter how tired of Italian food you are.
